HOW DO I WASH MY WIG?

Gently brush out the wig to remove any tangles (unless the wig is extremely curly)

Pin the wig to a polystyrene head and use a shower head to keep the water running in the same direction

Drench the piece with water then apply a small amount of high quality shampoo.

Comb the shampoo through the hair from top to bottom using gentle downward strokes one section at a time. Do not scrub the hair.

Rinse with cool water from the top down and from the inside of the cap to remove excess shampoo.

Apply conditioner and repeat step 4 and 5. (The conditioner can be left on for up to five minutes to improve consistency).

Gently blot hair with a towel. DO NOT rub vigorously.

Lightly comb through and allow the wig to air dry naturally on a wig stand.

To restyle your human hair wig, you may use a hair dryer, rollers, or straighteners on low heat settings.
When to wash your wig is up to you depending on how often it is worn and for how long. Don't use a lot of product and try to avoid too much hairspray and no shine spray!​

CAN YOU REPAIR MY CURRENT WIG?
Possibly. If you have a repair enquiry you can book a consultation and we can have a look at what you need doing. We can then provide a quote and work from there.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM WIG?
Each wig will have a different turn around time time, generally it will be around 12 weeks. If you're needing it sooner this can be arranged at an extra cost at the initial consult.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
As each piece is custom, we do not accept returns. We will work with you on every step of the process to make sure you are completely happy with your wig or hairpiece.
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions – Bespoke Wigs Australia
1. Bespoke Nature of Work
All wigs created by Bespoke Wigs Australia are custom-made to the client’s individual specifications. As such, each piece is unique and crafted by hand. Once work has commenced, orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required to secure the order and allow materials (including hair) to be purchased.

A further 30% payment is due once the foundation/cap of the wig is completed.

The remaining 20% balance is payable when the wig is completed and ready for collection or dispatch.

The wig will not be released until all payments have been received in full.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer, EFTPOS or credit card. We do not take cash.
3. Cancellations

If the client chooses to cancel the order after the deposit has been paid, 50% of the total quoted amount will be forfeited to cover materials, labour, and administrative costs.

Where materials (such as hair) have been purchased specifically for the order, these materials may be made available to the client upon request.

Cancellation by Bespoke Wigs Australia due to inappropriate or threatening behaviour will result in the order being terminated immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any purchased hair may be sent to the client by registered post.
4. Behaviour and Communication
All clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.
Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour (whether in person, by phone, or electronically) will result in the immediate termination of the order and forfeiture of any payments made.
5. Returns and Refunds
As each wig is a bespoke and made-to-order item, returns and refunds are not accepted except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Production Timeframes
All timeframes provided are estimates only. Creating a bespoke wig involves handcrafting and individual fitting, and production times may vary depending on materials, complexity, and client requirements.
Delays will be communicated where possible, but Bespoke Wigs Australia is not liable for delays outside its control.
7. Alterations and Adjustments
Minor alterations may be available once the client has received the wig. Any changes requested after completion may incur additional charges.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Client information, photos, and specifications are kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of creating the commissioned piece.
Supplier details, invoices, and sourcing documentation remain the confidential property of Bespoke Wigs Australia and will not be shared.
9. Collection and Delivery
Clients will be notified when their wig is complete.
Items must be collected within 14 days of completion unless prior arrangements are made.
If delivery is required, shipping fees will apply, and all parcels will be sent by registered or insured post.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bespoke Wigs Australia will take every care to ensure quality and craftsmanship. However, due to the bespoke nature of the product, slight variations in colour, density, or texture of natural hair are considered normal and not grounds for refund.
